this is a real full day gravel experience which allow to discover the south lake maggiore and novara region on the off season. We will cross canals and pedalo along the river ticino arriving on vineyards, hills and forest in the novara region SURROUNDING.

Tour Description
It’s a Full day adventure. Consider about 7-8 hours at least to fully enjoy the experience with stops, breaks and training moments where necessary. We will discover the south area of Lake Maggiore from Sesto Calende to the Novara surrounding. A truly one day bike packing escape, not for everyone due to the long distance but no technicality allow the most to enjoy this great tour!
To allow a very enjoyable experience we will do this tour out from summer, as hot temperatures humidity and mosquitoes don’t allow a proper nice experience. On the other end this tour can be made also during winter time!
SOUTH LAKE GRAVEL ESCAPE
A single loop of around 100km and an easy 600D+ with some short single track section but mostly gravel roads. Consider a good 60% off road. The tour is ok for gravel bike and MTB, no road bikes are allowed.
Prepare for your tour
Whatever is your level, we alway recommend to have this things with you:
Wearing helmet is compulsory
Repair kit, spare tubes, pump (if you rent a bike it should be furnished with it)
Backpack with water, food and spare clothes, a rain jacket. Don't forget we are up to mountains, the weather and temperature can change in few minutes.
Proper shoes as some walking can be necessary , no Flip-fLop and sandals

This Tour require a Guide for a full day.
We offer it with a forfait between 150€ and 200€ based on the number of participants. Max People allowance is 7.
